Booking was easy, quick and clear. Was quickly contacted with details as well as options for food and beverages. Arrived at the boat and was greeted by crew and Maria. All arrangements were as advertised, and we enjoyed a trouble free and very enjoyable cruise. This was a work event for 8 persons and all parties stated that they would definitely repeat the experience

Our host was absolutely amazing, she actually helped out with a few other things around Miami last min for us not just the Yacht. Our Yacht experience was beyond anything we could have imagined. The cocktail waitress and the lady on board helping with every thing were the best and really took care of us with food and drinks and any needs or concerns we had and we had no concerns. The jet ski was so much fun, the captain was awesome. We wanted to add extra time on the jet ski and the yacht because we were having so much fun and It was a simple phone call and it got taken care of. Overall 10/10. Nothing but good things to say about this experience. We will be using Prime Luxury every time we’re in Miami going forward.

Christina was awesome! She was there setting up and ready to go before we arrived, as soon as we told her we were there she let us in and helped set up our things on the boat so we had plenty of space to enjoy ourselves. Christina is very knowledgeable and informative of the Miami area.We greatly appreciated her advice on what to see and she took us to a perfect swimming spot.Christina, thank you so very much for making our family outing memorable.
